The stylist who cut my hair was very nice and bubbly. However, they definitely need some additional training on curly hair. I had to instruct how to brush, dry, what product to use, etc - which was quite disappointing.
When I was leaving, there was confusion about a code and such (not required as I’d already paid via Treatwell). Thankfully the salon manager came over and sorted everything out.
As I say, really nice people and the salon is lovely, but could do with a little bit of additional training across the board.

First time in the salon a few weeks ago for the Sat brunch deal, what a great experience for a fantastic price! The girls were great. I went for the curly blow dry, makeup, eyelashes and gel toes and got lots of compliments all day. Loved it so much I’ve told my friends and I’ve booked again for next week😊

really disappointed with my waxing treatments. missed different areas and even pointed this out when in salon, then when i got home there were other areas clearly missed. the beautician herself was nice enough and chatty.
