Staff were attentive immediately and got straight to work on my lashes. Really easy salon to get to and everyone is friendly and approachable. It was a little noisy because they were closing but everything else was brilliant. Look forward to coming back!

I had to wait for over an hour for any treatment to begin. Within a day, my nails were chipping and all the glitter as coming off - paid to get them fixed elsewhere. I was waiting around for up to 30 minutes between treatments. Asked for a trim and hair dresser took about 2.5 inches off my hair. Never showed me so didn't realise until I was home or would have complained. Brow tint wiped off, didn't dye them properly. Really disappointed and down £40 + more to get it corrected.
