I loved this place the first time we went and booked a return appointment for my daughter and I. There’s a great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly, the problem is we got our gel nails done on Christmas Eve and less than 4 days later they were chipped and peeling off. Disappointing.
My daughters haircut was good and she loved it. My own haircut was ok but I didn’t realise until I got home that it’s not that even and not as thinned as I would’ve liked at the back. Disappointing as the first haircut here was really on point and i loved it.

Couldn't have asked for better treatment at VIP and couldn't be happier with my hair. Sharon was incredibly professional and friendly and spent a lot of time making sure that my hair was exactly what I wanted. My hair was box dyed and looked terrible when I went in and Sharon fixed it and it now looks incredible. Big thank you to Sharon and rest of the staff for such a fabulous service!! Will 100% be back :)

Overall my experience was good but could of been better. I felt very uncomfortable at times in the salon. To do my colour I was sat in the the chair for over 5 hours I was not pleased about this at all. I paid £70 online for balayage then got charged an extra £10 in CASH? I’m not even sure what this was for? Not too impressed
