Unfortunately not a great experience. Appointment was rescheduled due to illness which is completely fine and outwith anyone’s control. First time getting gel nails off and the nail technician filed down one of my nails too much, until it hit the nail bed. It was quite sensitive afterwards. Gel toes started peeling off/ chipping after 2 days which is extremely disappointing!
