Fantastic & a much needed appointment with Alex. I had developed bad tightness in my right leg from running and with that Alex supplied me with the required robust service releasing the heavy tension in my legs and getting me back on the recovery path. Her additional knowledge on top of that had also been exponentially important in keeping myself training ready outside of appointments. Elite service and highly recommended!!
