Exceptional service from Alex, I have had several appointments with her and the biggest compliment I can give to this professional is that she shows the same attentiveness and energy as if it is the first appointment that one would have with her. Majority of appointments I have with her are in the evening after work, which is all the more impressiveness considering all the appointments in the day. Definitely recommend!!

Definitely coming back! Vibro has a really lovely environment with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed. Tara Louise was so lovely, a great listener, attentive to what I wanted, and gave a great massage. I rebooked immediately.

the venue is really good - relaxing, calming, and the staff are very caring and considerate too.
Just the procedure itself wasn't quite perfect - this may be because they're not used to having male clients? I'm not sure.
After my waxing i was left with half a dozen bruises, particularly on my arms. There were also large parts of my legs that weren't waxed at all.
I do think this was a one-off bad experience though - i'm sure they're normally great

So bad I need a refund could do a better job at home, more stressful than anything. No technique no pressure even after I asked terrible. I can’t believe I kept coming to this place - never again. Previously was good gone down hill, who are they employing.
