Yet another superb appointment with Alex. She focused on a tight shoulder that has been inhibiting my train for the past month. As well as this she worked on the surrounding muscles to help fully refresh the area. The great thing about Alex is because of her own training background she can pinpoint injuries and ailments faster due to her own experiences. Highly recommended for everyone!
