Alexandra always listens and focuses on areas discussed. She did an amazing job today on my shoulders, with much needed firm pressure but always checking in to make sure the pressure is ok!

Jason was very good and explained some of the reason, why I was getting the pain in my shoulder and neck with seating in the office working. To make sure my workstation was set up collected. Also some stretches / exercise can do to help.

The therapisst were great since we got in the venue, they explained us all the process and took information from us about possible allergy or injury issues that could affect the experience. After that they took us to the massage room and they were great, creating a very relaxing environment and giving a great massage.
