Jason was very good and explained some of the reason, why I was getting the pain in my shoulder and neck with seating in the office working. To make sure my workstation was set up collected. Also some stretches / exercise can do to help.

The therapisst were great since we got in the venue, they explained us all the process and took information from us about possible allergy or injury issues that could affect the experience. After that they took us to the massage room and they were great, creating a very relaxing environment and giving a great massage.

Exceptional appointment with Alex. This session was focused around a long term shoulder problem that has been inhibiting my training. My shoulder had been catching a lot during many exercises. Alex focused on releasing the core point on tension on the shoulder as well as the surrounding area & eliminate the catching. Extremely grateful and look forward to the next session!
