I arrived a few mins late, due to parking issues around the area. Fine, fair enough. Then she told me my massage would only last for 20mins since she’ll be having another customer after me, I said cool. She then did the massage, which lasted 10-12 mins. I actually looked at the time and I thought is this a joke. Couldn’t confront, I was already annoyed, couldn’t wait to leave. Not worth the money. Personally won’t be going back again. She lacks professionalism.

I hadn’t had many massages before but Alexandra was great, explained everything suggested things to work on outside of the treatment as well as a great session during. Overall the rooms were clean, a nice and welcoming atmosphere and good location. Will definitely go back!

One of the best massages I’ve had, I’m no stranger to physical therapy or serious massages! Alexandra is great, it’s tough stuff sometimes, but she knows what she’s aiming for!

Original booking was moved by them to 2 months later, That booking was then cancelled the night before by text message - no attempt to re-arrange or provide any reasons.
