Mishap with booking- I had selected the wrong site by mistake, but the staff were more than accommodating! Gustavo was professional, friendly and welcoming. He did all he could to help. My stylist- though I can not remember her name, was amazing. She washed my hair, and performed the Keratin blow dry flawlessly. She was so gentle- I slept through majority of the procedure! Fernanda did an amazing job, so friendly. She provided me with expert advice, was very caring! Many thanks team.

I had a great experience - did manicure and haircut. My nails were literally a disaster, but Luz did an amazing job! Then I had the haircut with Iohan and I love how he did my hair, just exactly how I wanted. Overall a great experience, the staff is really friendly and makes you at ease.
