The hairdresser was polite. However, I was randomly assigned to another hairdresser without being informed. Hence I had to do some last minute research and pick her instead of one that is randomly assigned to me. I was not even informed the reason why they decided to switch my hairdresser. I would have to redo my hair again as it was uneven and there were bits and bobs hanging out. The card machine broke so I had to look for an atm machine and the sign should have be placed at the entrance
I’m extremely disappointed,my expectations were high seeing the good reviews and photos.I went there for balayage toner+cut (the name of my hairdresser has changed like 5 times on the app so don’t bother picking the hairstylist you want cuz you wont get it) when I arrived the receptionist were on the phone didn’t acknowledge me at all,which is kinda rude. A nice lady came and sat me down, she basically didn’t speak English so it was very hard to communicate. She was using tin foils (foilyage) I specifically booked balayage that is done by hand for a NATURAL LOOK (why are they advertise it like that???) She was quite clumsy giving me the idea that maybe she’s not even a hairdresser (for real.) the bleach was left on my hair for over an hour I was very worried that my hair will be burnt by the time they remove it ( meanwhile that lady was telling me if i buy a treatment that my hair is gonna be soft, so i had the feeling she was tryna ruin my hair on purpose. )the haircut i asked for long layers and she basically cut off my ends in a line. the results were RIDICULOUS.
