The staff were really nice but I had a really bad experience overall. I called prior to ask if my time is okay, but still had to wait 40 mins upon arrival. I was looking forward to having soft highlights again with pictures and a chat before, however my hair was over bleached so much that it is now breaking and straw. I had to ask to re tone twice because it was so unblended and so contrasting and I think at the end they just put another dye on top which was darker and what I had initially asked

I had a male waxing which was very thorough and very efficient. This was followed by a pedicure after which my feet felt as if i was walking on air. I also had a manicure which left my nails beautiful
