Anna is lovely and friendly and took great care while doing my nails. May have cut my cuticles a bit much so they were a bit inflamed but settled down the next day.

Very disappointing wash and blow dry. My stylist was friendly and professional...but she didn't seem to have any experience dealing with my bi-racial texture of hair. She made the mistake of washing my hair with hot water (which of course can make the hair appear thicker) then continued to give me a standard European blow dry- no heat applied to the ends of my hair, too large a section dried at one time. She had no idea how to lay the front (baby hairs)
