Firstly, I had requested my Appt with Val, when I arrived I had to wait for 10+mins before my treatment began and then it wasn’t even done by my requested therapist. This was not communicated in advance nor acknowledged at the time. Wax was ok but she left patches despite repeatedly going back to certain areas. Not what you want from a Hollywood wax!
