I do like the service at this salon. It was my second time using this salon and the staff are super friendly although English may not be the staffs first language, it can feel uncomfortable with they are conversing in their own language as I was the only customer present and it seemed distasteful.

The Botox result is not as expected. I have already done Botox before in other hair dressers but this time I saw no difference and actually it left my hair more dry than it was. Disappointed. Will not do it again

The person doing my hair did not speak English so it was hard to communicate what I wanted. This would have been absolutely fine as there was a translator but she only translated what I wanted to the hairdresser at the very start of the cut. I felt that in that situation she should have been checking on me throughout the cut, especially because I took in a picture of how I wanted my fringe but the person who was translating said I should wait till the end to explain how I wanted it.
