Warm welcome (& yummie latte!) on arrival was the start to a lovely experience, on this my first visit!
Katy, my sweet talented stylist, helped me to choose a new hair style, before treating me to a wonderful head massage, during the hair-wash, and warm towel afterwards. Equally attentive whilst cutting & styling my hair, and very considerate of my dizziness. (Vertigo!), all despite her feeling very unwell herself, with a bad cold. Katy is to be commended.
I'm delighted with my new hair-style,(I can even maintain it, myself!) and have had many positive comments from friends, to whom I happily recommend Katy and Vanilla Hair and Beauty.
This was a fab Wahanda offer,....I'm looking forwards to more, so I can return, for more pampering! Others, who I spoke to on the day, were regular, well satisfied clients too.(of both hair & beauty)

it was a lovely salon with really friendly staff. The lady that cut my hair did it really nice and i have had comments from friends to say how nice it looked. she also curled it for me instead of having it straightened and it looked gorgeous. I would defenitetly recommend Vanilla hair and beauty Salon.
Vanilla is a very relaxing salon to go to not just offering hair but beauty and tarrot card readings too which are fantastic. I am a regular at vanilla and every time I go in I'm greeted by fantastic staff and a very welcomig atmosphere. The cuts and colours are fantastic and they always do what's best for my hair as its very thick and hard to manage. The prices are very reasonable and a voucher is always given at christmas which is very thoughtful. Alsothere is always a range of people from gents to young children. I love going to vanilla and strongly reccommend it

I always get exactly what I ask for, the colour highlights are very well done, the head massage is sooo relaxing. They always go the extra mile!!
Blowdry is not rushed - they take their time, to finish off nicely.
100% RECOMMEND to everyone!!

My hair always looks and feels fantastic after visiting Vanilla. Whether it's for a haircut, colour or special occasion, I feel completely in safe hands and I always leave feeling wonderful! Jane always makes sure everything is done to perfection, just how I described with a fab finish! Everyone here is so welcoming, offering a wealth of expertise and advice and would highly recommend Vanilla to anyone.
