Upon arrival met by 2 lovely smile faces. Offered a drink and biscuits straight away - much appreciated. Once ready was helped with my bag and coat so had free hand for stair rail. The music was good and at just the right level. As had filled in a medical questionnaire just went through a few details then chilled out with music, light chat and had waxing done. Very professional throughout. Pleased. Have booked follow up appointment.
The luxury ekemis pedicure put myself to sleep. Would definitely recommend . The therapists make you feel at home and the experience is personable and friendly. My manicure has stayed out whilst in. Milan. Booked again
Lovely location, friendly staff and my nails look great! Think I was asked about 4 times if I wanted a drink and all the staff were friendly and professional. I will be returning!
