It was my first time visiting the spa. The beauty therapist Courtney made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. I had a ache skin treatment. Has worked wonders on my skin I will definitely be returning.
Courtney is an amazing masseuse, I have bad sciatica and she is the only one who can keep it at bay! The facial is a standard (wash, exfoliate, mask) but still pretty good.
Easy to find and staff was friendly . Massage was relaxing and enjoyable experience. booking with treatwell is easy and helpful with their money off coupons it's a real treat.
I work close by to the salon house, i've been in for highlights they where done very well and blow dry lasted 4 days :) I've also had a facial done which i can say was great! even better then my regular facial i get done at Harrods at double the pice.
The overall experience was good,
When I arrived I was offered a drink, the treatment then started.
I had a conditioning wash and blow dry, the therapist was very good and chatty, the treatment lasted 1 hour.
The salon was nicely set out and I felt comfortable throughout.
