This is a nail bar, not a hair salon. My stylist huffed at me as she didn't agree with what I was asking for - in hindsight I should have left at that point. The cut was uneven and not what I asked for, it didn't sit well and my hair was still very thick, she hadn't taken the weight out of it as I had asked. The staff spoke to each other in their language and laughed which was intimidating. No staff member chatted with their client.
I had to get my hair done elsewhere the next day to sort it.
