I booked and paid for a dry haircut online for the same day, and the salon called straight away to clarify a new time due to other clients' needs which was fair enough for a last minute booking. However when I was there the lady said the cut was only a straight across cut for length, so she couldn't do any shaping i.e. layers and fringe. This was quite disappointing as usually a dry cut would include this. The lady was very nice and cut my hair well.
