treatment description on the app wrong. Nail tech she said they didn't do sulpting. I felt I'd been mislead. Then also I had to pay extra for nail art which was basic. I missed the part where they allow pets. One of the staff had a dog which roams around the salon. I told the tech I have an allergy to dogs she smiled and chuckled, spoke in her language to her colleagues, dog remained. Not the relaxing professional salon advertised. Uncomfortable, no COVID guidelines followed.

Erica is one if not the best hairdresser I have ever had; and I’ve been to a lot of highly prestige salons across the UK.
I would without question recommend to anyone first visiting the Salon to book with Erica! A real credit to Va Va Voom!
