I did email the salon after a few days of having my hair done, I paid a extra amount when I arrived for a root colour on top off what I had all ready paid. With in days the grey was showing through. The colour of all my hair looks mismatched very disappointed. Last time I had it done there it was beautiful but this time so unhappy and my hair is coming out everytime it’s washed

Overall, the spray tan was okay.
I had never had a spray tan before (which I explained) and felt like communication could have been better. The heels of my palms are very dark, I didn't know to spread my fingers, so the insides are white, and one leg is lighter than the other. I noticed a darker patch on my arm and asked if that was normal. I was told yes, but it dried like that even after washing. The towel to stand on was already wet with tan, so the soles of my feet are extremely dark.
