The beauty therapist was patient in helping me choose the best colours to match a picture I had brought in brought in with me.
General customer service was okay and walked away with manicured nails I was happy with.

I had a lovely experience in the actual salon itself. Sam was really friendly and kind, there was a great selection of colours and the manicure and pedicure looked gorgeous when I left. However, 4 days after application a huge chunk came off one nail, then another two the next day. When I emailed the salon to let them know and ask them to fix it, they completely ignored me. No offer to fix it, not even a response, and I'm now left with chipped, scruffy nails I'll have to pay yet more £ to fix.
