The customer service was awful , a lot of times I felt intimidated because every time that I was trying to make a comment for my nails, my nail artist response was abrupt and she was speaking with her college in their own language.

Had an appointment booked for haircut, the person I was booked in with wasn’t the same.Kathy wasn’t even there it was a group of women who spoke Farsi when I asked I had my appointment with Kathy she just mumbled something and I said are you Kathy she said yes I’m Kathy, didn’t look Kathy the picture that was on the booking. They were constantly speaking Farsi which was rude.
