WORST experience.Appt was late by35 mins.While blowdrying,Sani burnt my hair which caused a big chunk of 5 inch long hair to breakaway.The lady dismissed this&continued to blow dry.I trusted her but later saw the missing hair in mirror.On reporting this,Tina shouted at me instead of listening to my concern. She tried to cover up the mistake by hiding the burnt hair and said it was product stuck to hair, which was bizarre.She didn’t bother to apologise was rude&kept trying to cover up the blunder
