While my manicure was great, the staff member who did my threading was obviously inexperienced. I came home and realised she'd missed so many areas I had to do it all over again myself, with tweezers.

Definitely recommend! Lovely boutique style beauty place right across the road from Hampstead station. The people are wonderful, and plenty of choice for nail colours. Some beauticians are more thorough than others but on the whole, amazing job!
