I only booked shellac removal, which on Treatwell is shown as a 20 minute session. I've had it taken off here quite a few times which have mostly been good. However this visit was AWFUL! Really really bad! They were completely understaffed, with only 1 or 2 beauticians in bouncing between about 6 clients! I was left to sit and wait for 10 minutes AFTER my appointment time until someone came to add the removal solution on my nails and was ignored and left to sit for 30 minutes...not acceptable. A beautician then came to "remove" my shellac in the worst way possible with remnants left on all of my nails. I was out of there about 50 minutes later. Slow. Poor. Shocking.

Good, but I was not left with a completely smooth finish; with little hairs remaining, despite being fully grown out before. Quite rushed treatment and felt not very thorough.
BUT
Amazing place. Treatwell had failed to inform them of my appointment but they were very accommodating and made time for an appointment for me, as I had booked. Really nice salon in a really nice area.

Overall a good service for a reasonable price. however my manicure did chip after only 3 days - which it usually doesn't happen to me. I am happy to go back and try again though, the salon is nice and friendly.
