Good location - opposite Hampstead station. The staff are lovely and they have plenty of colours to choose from shellac and normal nail polish. Couple of drawbacks, appointments can drag on a bit and they don't take card.
Overall, reccommend.

I only booked shellac removal, which on Treatwell is shown as a 20 minute session. I've had it taken off here quite a few times which have mostly been good. However this visit was AWFUL! Really really bad! They were completely understaffed, with only 1 or 2 beauticians in bouncing between about 6 clients! I was left to sit and wait for 10 minutes AFTER my appointment time until someone came to add the removal solution on my nails and was ignored and left to sit for 30 minutes...not acceptable. A beautician then came to "remove" my shellac in the worst way possible with remnants left on all of my nails. I was out of there about 50 minutes later. Slow. Poor. Shocking.
