The people at USA Star Nails were lovely. The pedicure I received was OK, but it gets a low score because the beautician was really rough. Twice he made me bleed, and the knobbly bits on both ankles are grazed because he was too busy watching the TV and not paying attention to what he was doing with the pumice. I wouldn't go back for this treatment.

All staff were really nice. Wax was quick place is clean. Was on a bit of a rush and had to wait a bit between treatments but staff were really responsive about That.

I waited 25 minutes past my booked appointment before I was seen by a technician, no explanation offered by management. I also obtained some small injuries to my cuticles making contact with hot water painful. The final result is positive but I don't think I will be going back.
