The staff are lovely and done an amazing job of my nails. They were shiny and a perfect shape! They lasted 5 weeks and felt so natural. Will definitely be back!

I usually go to the same branch in Clapham South but they didn't have any appointments.
The place was loud and there were 4 people waiting. It was clear it was overbooked, My friend and I booked together and I even rang them up so we could sit together. We did not only have to wait 30-40 min to get out nails done but we were sitting in different sides of the room. After a while my friend started with her manicure, I was still waiting for someone to come and do mine. We were able to sit together half way through her treatment and mine hadn't even started. The guy who was meant to be doing mine kept standing up and forgetting I was even there. He cut my finger and there was blood everywhere, He asked me to wash my hands in the toilet which by the way was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. He also kept putting this liquid on the cut that made it burn. Obviously my friend finished 30 min before me. This just ruins the whole experience for you.

It was really rushed and they had definitely over booked and wouldn't turn anyone away. My code didn't work so shelled out the full amount for the mani pedi which was completely chipped the next day and I ended up having to redo it myself. Rushed out the door so it was definitely not dry and my finger was bleeding and the top coat was brashly put across my nails and fingers so it peeled off on the sides. Do not recommend!
