I was very pleased when I walked in as there was quite a queue of walk-ins, and as I had booked through Treatwell I was pushed straight to the front of the queue! Service was good and they've got a good range of colours and brands of nail polish to choose from

I took my two friends as a farewell gift for manicure and pedicure treatment. I'm not happy at all. Firstly the pedicure treatment lasted only like 40 minutes instead of the 1 hour. Mine not even that long,as my specialist started 15 later then my friends, and still had finished at the same time. I was checking what my friends are getting, well no foot massage for me, also no buffing, or skinwork at all. The nailpolish I choose was finishing and she painted one of my foot with it and then she just diluated the polish and kept going on my other foot, so i kinda have two different colours now. My manicure wasn't to good eighter, the shapes are not even and my nails are shorter on one hand than the other. Costumer service is also non existent here. They don't speak or don't want to speak english, and clearly they are sometimes speaking about you to each other in their language, and laughing. You also have to pay upfront witch is very weird. My nails are already chipping and I only had it done like 7 hours ago, and did not do anything. my friends were happy so that's why the 2 stars but otherwise... Oh the only good things are the massaging chairs...
