Salon was easy to find - only a short walk from Clapham Junction. The waiting area is limited so don't be as early as I was or you'll have to go for a quick walk!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I witnessed several positive interactions with longtime and regular customers which made me feel confident about my booking.
The manicure itself was done very well with me being asked regularly if I was happy with the nail shape etc. Colour selection was plenty and a little area is available specifically to choose your colour. Manicure was also nice and quick :)

The appointment was seamless. The guy did a great job on my shellac pedicure. The water was a bit too hot but he fixed it immediately. My nails look fantastic. So many colours to choose from. Will be going back!
