Great manicure and pedicure. Variety of colours to choose from, and the service was great - my nails look fab! The only problem was that the massage chair I was in was broken :( ... it was super busy, so they called me and asked me if I could come in earlier than my original appointment. That wasn't a problem for me.

The staff were lovely and the place was very clean and welcoming. I don't think they used official Shellac CND top and base coats, which would have been perfect.

I am a regular customer using their service for years now .
They have changed the terms and conditions but they won't tell you this till
It's time to pay . Now you get charged extra to take off your shellac nail polish before they do the shellac pedicure. ( I assume is the same with gel/acrylic nails too)
Informing people of these changes will be much appreciated as you need to have cash to pay for this service . How much will pay also depends who do you talks to as two different stuff members have me different price .
I don't mind paying for it , but if you start charging people for this at least have the decency to do it the appropriate way of soaking the shellac polish first instead using the machine for 2 min and destroying layers of the nails.
Not very professional especially when you struggle to converse and find out what's the issue .
