I had a gel nails pedicure. Final result good but the overall experience was awful. Staff rude: Not an hello when you enter nor a goodbye thank you when you leave. Speaking and laughing in Chinese ignoring customers makes you feel a bit uncomfortable. Cash only and I haven't been told over the phone. Manager disappointed because I had to go out to find a cash machine. Not my fault! Ambience messy and not well cleaned, no place for jacket nor bag nor even shoes. I didn't like it at all but if you don't care how you are treat or the ambience around you .... go because the pedicure was good.
The polish coverage on my nails is quite poor, small bubbles inside the top coat too which is quite annoying. The price was really cheap through TW so I feel like I shouldn't really complain so on the positive the receptionist was a very pleasant woman.
