I have been to this place before for a gel manicure and it is a good manicure but they are always busy and the staff always rush. They go so fast that they can be quite rough when doing the manicure, this time they dug too deep into my cuticle and made it bleed. They were very apologetic and were being gentle after this and the manicure was also good but this is why they shouldn’t rush the service. I also wasn’t sure if they really clean their utensils but I hope so! The person doing my nails kept wiping their nose and didn’t wash their hands. It is great value, they do good manicures and the staff are nice but they need to take more care and also ensure everything is kept clean.
