Unfortunately my booking was inputted into the system wrong so I ended up having to wait for 45mins for my appointment. The guy who did my nails was really lovely and super apologetic so I couldn't be angry! Was treated lovely and my nails looked great afterwards. Been coming for 3 years and won't go anywhere else (even though I live 30mins away!)
