I really do love this nail salon, I've continued to return to them ever since my first appointment with them. It's a lovely, bright and clean salon which is great compared to others I've been to. It seems very popular and the staff are obviously very talented. On almost every visit however, I do find myself waiting (sometimes up to half an hour) for my appointment, even if I've made a prior booking. I've also noticed that if some drop ins arrive before me, although I'm still waiting past my appointment time, they will still be seem first. Maybe they could have a better system to make it fairer to the customer? Also, if going for the first time, state very clearly what you want and be sure of the price as you don't want any added extras on your bill. The prices are reasonable for the experience you get and you can often find discounts on Treatwell. Overall and again, I do love this salon and would recommend to family and friends.

The salon is nice, and most of the staff were nice and accommodating. However the man who did my nails was rude and unprofessional, he made me bleed while buffing the nails and was constantly telling me to sit still (which I was) and muttering under his breath. It’s a shame because I had heard good reviews about this place but don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon
