I don’t normally leave bad reviews, it was my 2nd time going here and this time I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning. I had prepaid for a shellac pedicure (not polish) and a shellac polish on my hands and stated this when I got to the salon. Throughout treatments it was obvious that I was being spoken about amongst staff multiple times. At the end, I was told I had to pay £16 more for a luxury pedi&mani that I didn’t have. My feet & cuticles are in bits! 3 complaints whilst I was there.

Although the nails were okay, I was disappointed by the service! I booked a shellac and didn’t require a manicure however when I went to pay they told me I had a manicure and charged me extra, I showed them what I had booked and also I told the lady at the front desk. They were rude, and whilst I was there I heard them do the same to 2 others. Clearly trying to overcharge people and pretending you ask for it.
