The guy who did my nails was uninterested and rude. Weird environment where staff were eating and watching TV. When he was finished he just walked away and didn’t tell me I was done or what to do next and went to sit with his colleagues. Seems to be a very different experience at this place depending on which member of staff you get assigned.

Really bad service, I paid good money but the staff were unhelpful I told them I didn’t like how they did my nails they did not care. Poor quality service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they rush as they are busy so the quality of service is very poor.

Unfortunately just not up to standard. The polish was fine but the pedicure itself was very rushed and I felt like my feet were the same as when I arrived. Very disappointed

Worst wax of my life, I was made to wait ages & then overheard someone else ask for a wax to hear that the waxing lady doesn’t work today
When I questioned them on this, I was told a lady here could do it, I asked several times if she had done them before / was qualified & I was assured she was - evidently not, I had to leave mid wax as I was so uncomfortable with the experience
I requested a refund which I only got over a month later & had to visit the salon 5 times to get it
