Horrible experience, firstly, I was sat in a broken massage chair, I asked the man doing my pedicure why it wasn’t working and how to fix it and he turned it off...then he turns it back on and puts the settings to fast and it was really painful in the left side of my back.
He was quite rough also, when he was filing my third toe in particular it was uncomfortable and I asked him not to file any more, he continued, then burnt my left big toe with the drill. I walked out at this point. No refund.

Great manicure but poor customer service and felt very crowded even with the covid precautions in place. I’ll go back to Alice’s next time a few doors down.
