I got my nails done and after 2 days 4 of them chipped. I went back to ask to have them fixed and the staff were rude. Once they were fixed they chipped again the same day. The cleanliness was very bad, the man doing my nails did not use tools to push back cuticles/remove excess polish but his own long fingernail.

Although my nails look gorgeous, I had a really unpleasant experience here. The man doing my nails was incredibly rough and put the electric buffing machine on its highest setting - after multiple cuts to my cuticles which bled, I asked him to please be a bit more gentle (to no avail). He kept sighing and tutting at me and generally just being really unfriendly. I’m not one to normally complain about customer service but I felt very uncomfortable.
