My appointment yesterday was really disappointing. The lady who did my manicure was bordering on rude, repeatedly telling me to move my arms into different positions and making me feel like a complete nuisance. On the treatment itself, I tried the dipping powder and my nails are starting to chip already, less than 24 hours after them being done. I’ve been coming here for the best part of six years and never had an issue, however yesterday’s experience has really put me off.
