Been a costumer for the last 2 years and they have always done a great job, however this time my manicure was so bad, my fingers were bleeding from the cuticle cutting as the lady partly did it on dry skin. She also did a different treatment on each hand. The paint job was also scruffy and it was massively rushed. I have had to tidy the nails up myself and am still trying to get the paint off my skin. Really disappointed.

I was very disappointed with my acrylic manicure. I’ve been a longtime customer and have never had issues, but not even a week after I had the manicure, one nail fell off. I went in to get it fixed and had to pay £3 because it wasnt in the ‘first few days’, which is crazy because acrylics shouldn’t fall off at all. Then the same day I got one fix, another fell off, followed by two others, whilst three other nails started lifting. I will never come back again, waste of £25

Overall a good experience. One of my nails chipped after 24 hours but the salon fixed it. However, another 3 or 4 chipped within a week which is disappointing for gel which normally lasts two weeks.
