They take both walk-ins and appointments so it means you’re waiting at least 20 mins between treatments if it’s busy. The pedicure polish was applied unevenly but once pointed out it was fixed. The same issue with my manicure. Overall it was fine but I’m not in a rush to go back,

My pedicurist and her colleague were I think having a heated debate which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for the majority of my appointment. Especially as she was fixing some painful broken toenails of mine. It wasn’t as relaxed as I would have hoped. She did a great job in the end though.

Honestly avoid this place. My gel removal was poorly done, the nails and gel aren’t smooth, zero attention to detail when it came to my cuticles or the nails. It almost looked like the technician was pretending to use the cuticle tool. Very weird experience. They don’t listen to what you ask for. My pedicure was ok. I generally don’t leave reviews but in this case my experience was so bad I had to leave one. I don’t even dare to go back as I don’t trust them to fix it.

For years I go make my nails in USA nails, on Sunday I booked my appointment and the lady was already working on my nails when they told me the prices were increased to do fullset. I booked to do infill but I had already 4 nails without acrylic, I decide to do fullset. So apart from the price has raised they even gave me a discount before because they told late then because I had 4 nails with no acrylic so didn’t need take off. As a usual costumer I felt really disappointed.
