Terrible experience. Paid for shellac pedicure via the Treatwell app, as I showed receptionist the receipt for proof of payment upon leaving the salon, I was told I had to pay an additional £11 for the service I received with no rationale for this. I explained I paid for a shellac pedicure as stated on the menu of services, and don't understand why the additional payment was apparently due. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Scammed and will never return to USA Star Nails Clapham.

Nails looked good for a day. Cracked and had tiny bubbles on the dipping powder. I have a busy week and no time to return and get them fixed. Not happy at all. Won’t be returning or recommending
