My appointment was 6pm but I was not seen until 6:35ish, with no reason or explanation for the wait. It was clear the staff had accepted too many walk-ins and there was not a therapist free to see me. This has happened 3 times in a row now and I luckily didn't have any plans after so I could wait to be seen, but if you have plans after and need to get out promptly, please be aware this is an ongoing issue at this salon. There was no apology until the end of my appointment.

Manicure part lasted about 2 minutes , they don’t spend long enough doing your cuticles etc I was in and out within 25 minutes. The shape was good and shellac colour is ok.
