The man who was doing my nails was very aggressive with filing my nails. So much so that he clearly had damaged the skin around my cuticle area. He then proceeded to continue filing aggressively after I told him it hurt and please could be more gentle. He ignored this and I had to pull my hand away as it hurt so much. He didn’t apologise and clearly didn’t care that he was hurting me! After he finished he didn’t give me any cuticle oil and was very abrupt. Very disappointed in the service.
