It was hugely busy when I visited. Despite pre booking, I had to wait 20 minutes. The technician proceeded to start using an electric file on my nails presumably thinking they were gels / shellac when it was actually normal polish. There was also an alarm going off the whole time I was there - it sounded like the warning when the battery is running low in a smoke detector.

Unfortunately very disappointed. Turned up at 6pm for my appt and they didn’t start on me until 7.10pm. I kept being passed between staff members and people with appts after me got prioritised as they were going out which wasn’t fair. Overall it wasn’t handled well and it took 3x as long as it should have done
