Mismatched sized nails, glue all over my fingers. Shoddy paint job. I’m taking it off and doing it again at another salon as I have an event tomorrow. I’m furious!!!

This salon- sad.
£34 for a rubbish infill. Laid out acrylic too thin- no apex at all. Nails look absolutely flat from a side, i do not expect this from a salon worker. Student does a better job.
Shaping- absolutely horrendous, half of the nails coffin, half square, half filed to the point it looks bended (had to look nice and crisp on the side, not like a sad half moon)
Drill bits came from a sad crusty box with a lot of dust from drilling nails inside. No anywhere)
Asked for simple black nail with crystals on two fingers. Some nails- cuticle flooded with top coat, some- not even painted fully, looking outgrown.
The guy clearly didn’t understand what he was doing.
Gel with bubbles, random dust bumps (no one uses a buffer on two coats of gel already painted and puts a top coat on a dusty nail. NO ONE)
Ahh and the crystal. Using a tweezer for 5 crystals taking over 5 minutes to do, as well as them being all same size (no common sense- if you can’t do- tell the client you can’t do) and different colours. Few monochrome and few just simple silver on the same nail.
Jesus. They either have to fire people who don’t have a clue what they are doing, or shut the salon.
Disgusted. In this situation I would ask for a refund, or to fix it, but in this case I just wanted to stand up and run away as far as possible, wont let anyone of them touch my hands ever again!!!!! AVOID.

lovely and clean , nails were good however the ombré didn’t really turn out accurate and told me it was my fault because of the colour i chose. i came with my elderly mother who tried to talk to the person doing her nails but was shut down quickly. lovely nails just a bit disappointed in the friendliness - i go here all the time and wanted my mother to have a fun day out
